Chef Tony is a Denver native with a background in
all-natural foods. He owns a farm in Boulder, where
he raises deer, bison, and chickens. You can rest
assured that everything you get on your plate was grown
or raised less than 2 hours away!
As a graduate from the Art Institute of Michigan, Chef
Tony would like the world to know that being a vegetarian
does not mean that everything has to taste green, and
also that being a carnivore doesn't mean that you won't
be hooked on juicy veggie burgers from Fresh Restaurant!
